Farmland Protection Board seeks new owner of historic Boydville property

For more than a year and a half, the Berkeley County Farmland Protection Board has owned the historic Boydville property in Martinsburg. The Board bought the house and property from a Virginia developer that planned to build townhouses there. The Farmland Protection Board is now trying to find a new owner for the property.
