Casinos have practice run

Three of the state’s four racetracks are making final preparations before offering table games. On Tuesday, Wheeling Island Racetrack and Gaming Center and Mountaineer Racetrack and Gaming Resort gave the public a poker preview. Both tracks had soft openings to test their dealers and the regulatory process.
