Global warming bill gains steam in U.S. Senate

In Washington, a bill aimed at slowing down global warming is gaining momentum in the Senate. It would limit carbon emissions from fossil fuels – burning oil, coal and natural gas. Senators from coal-rich states in Appalachia and in the west are trying to cushion the proposal’s impact on the industry. Todd Zwillich reports from Capitol Hill.
