WV nursing home takeover by Carlyle Group questioned

Nursing homes take care of the state’s most fragile residents, but they’re big business, too. Last month, the state Health Care Authority approved the sale of seven West Virginia nursing homes to an investment firm called the Carlyle Group.
But several leaders in the House of Delegates are questioning that decision.
