“Naked Emperors: The Failure of the Republican Revolution,” a book by Scot Faulkner gives an insider’s perspective of what led Democrats to regain control of Congress two years ago. In the 1990’s, Faulkner worked in Congress to bring reform. He talks about why the effort failed, and observations of today’s political landscape.
