WVEA rallies for bigger pay increase

On Martin Luther King Day, for the second year in a row, teachers rallied at the state Capitol for higher pay. More than 200 members of the West Virginia Education Association gathered in the rotunda and then scattered to lobby their lawmakers to support an ambitious salary plan.
