Suboxone could be alternative to methadone treatment

A study at WVU could lead to another treatment option for drug addiction. Last month, former drug czar Barry McCaffrey, spoke to lawmakers. Del. Jeff Eldridge of Lincoln County raised his concerns about methadone treatment.

    Suboxone has also been used in drug detox programs to get people off of OxyContin and methadone completely
