W.Va’s highest cost of living is in Morgantown, not Martinsburg, survey says

Earlier this week, a group of educators from the Eastern Panhandle threatened to sue the state. They say they deserve higher pay because their cost of living is higher than other teachers in West Virginia. There’s already been one comparison of the cost of living in four West Virginia cities, including Martinsburg. But the results of that survey may surprise you. Scott Finn reports.
