Business park stirs debate in Eastern Panhandle

By Cecelia Mason

Tuesday night, (6-5-07) the Jefferson County Planning Commission will have a public hearing on a request to rezone property where developers want to build a business park.

The property used to be the site of a limestone quarry. It also borders Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, which is why the business park is a controversial issue in the Eastern Panhandle. Cecelia Mason reports.

Note: The public hearing begins at 7 p.m. in the basement of the Charles Town library.
