Methadone clinic neighbors say administrators not doing enough to fix problems

It’s been more than a month since the Huntington City Council held a special meeting to discuss shutting down a methadone clinic by declaring it a public nuisance.Business owners and nearby residents blame the downtown clinic for an increase in drugs, prostitution and trash. But the council voted to give the clinic’s directors a chance to resolve problems with the community.

Those who have complained the most say officials with the methadone clinic have not responded the way they hoped they would. Kristin Murdock reports.
