First data from C-8 testing released

Nearly a year ago, a company called Brookmar took blood samples from about 70,000 OH and WV residents who live near a Dupont chemical plant in Wood Co. The testing was part of a class action settlement to determine the health effects of C-8, a chemical used to manufacture Teflon at the Washington Works plant. Now, some of the information collected is available online. Friday, researchers at WVU posted some demographic data and health statistics from the survey.
