Low cost of living, high quality of life attracts high-tech company to WV

A major defense contractor for the US govt is looking for a place to do business in WV. Northrop Grumman wants to open an Information Technology office somewhere in north central WV, part of the company’s plan to open offices branches in less populous, less expensive areas of the country. It’s part of the ongoing effort to lure high-tech companies to the state by the West Virginia High Tech Consortium Foundation.
