For nearly 25 years, volunteers at the C-CAP Loaves and Fishes have been there to help folks in Berkeley County who are down on their luck.  C-CAP started through a donation to a local Episcopal Church in 1982.  Shortly afterwards General Motors subsidized the organization so it could help employees laid off during a plant closing.  As the organization enters its next quarter century, the volunteers who run it are taking time to assess its impact on a community that is viewed as being prosperous.
