Garrison wants state to invest in higher education research programs

It’s been six months since Mike Garrison was named the 22nd president of WVU. Next week he will be formally inaugurated. President Garrison joined us this week on our television program Outlook. He told us why he wants the state to help fund higher education research programs, why it’s time to slow enrollment growth and what he thinks about the Princeton Review’s recent ranking of WVU as the nation’s top party school.
