Deteriorating bridge (with a tree) concerns two Ohio River communities

For 81 years, a toll bridge has spanned the Ohio River between the communities of Bellaire, Ohio, and Benwood, West Virginia.  Now the landmark known today by most locals as “the bridge to nowhere” has become an eyesore and a safety hazard. Controversy has surrounded the bridge’s removal. But now it may be one step closer to demolition. Keri Brown has more.
