GOP senators speak against WV’s presidential convention

Republicans will be in Charleston for WV’s first presidential convention, to decide which candidate will receive 18 of WV’s 30 delegates to the national convention. The rest will be chosen by voters in the May primary. The idea was to grab some of the national attention on Super Tuesday, but some GOP lawmakers say the convention is a big mistake.
