Senate tries again on ATV safety bill

Safety advocates are trying again this year to ban ATVs from most paved roads in the state. A bill passed the Senate Transportation Committee yesterday that would do just that. But the bill has a loophole that some say makes it almost meaningless. Meanwhile, critics of the bill say it doesn’t get at the real ATV safety problem – driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

    If you ask me, why not just get driving license for all ATV drivers, wouldnt life will be easier ?
