W.Va. should take lead on climate change, expert says

A leading expert in climate change came to Charleston yesterday to say that West Virginia needs to take the lead in developing clean coal technology. 

Nikki Roy is the Director of Congressional Affairs for the Pew Center on Global Climate Change. He came to the Capitol at the invitation of Delegate Barbara Fleischauer of Morgantown. 

He says that some might not want to face up to it, but that carbon dioxide will mostly likely be regulated under the next president, whether its John McCain, Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton…
