Water resources focus of EP forum

As the price of gasoline rises and debates over how to decrease the country’s dependency on Middle Eastern oil continues, some scientists and public officials are looking to a future where water becomes a more precious natural resource.  Folks in the Eastern Panhandle will be able to learn more about water issues on Sunday during a forum at Shepherd University.
