WV Democratic party director explains primary changes

The WV Democratic Party has made some changes to its primary process this year. Their primary is now open to independent voters. Democrats also have a new process to select delegates to the National Convention. That process gets started Saturday at Democratic County Conventions across the state. Tom Vogel is the director of the WV Democratic Party.
