WV girl overdoses at PA treatment facility
By Scott Finn
Last month, two teenagers overdosed on the prescription drug methadone at a drug treatment facility in rural PA. One girl died Thursday; the other is from the Eastern Panhandle. She suffered brain damage from which she may never recover. WV DHHR sent her to the facility, run by the non-profit group KidsPeace. This isn’t the first time that children have died unnatural deaths under the care of KidsPeace.
