Manchin, Garrison spoke once about Bresch flap

Gov. Manchin says it’s time for everyone to move on from the MBA controversy. Last week, an independent panel found that high-ranking WVU officials were wrong to grant Heather Bresch, Machin’s daughter, the degree. One question that’s being asked is whether Manchin intervened on her behalf.
